The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employee. The place I currently working is having relaxed, learning new things everyday, management is great. The most enjoyable part of the job is I get to deal with all kinds of different people. I received a great deal of support and learned quite a bit. Management consists of young professionals who make you feel supported.I am able to learn and grow as an employee also able to create relations that will last me a life time as well. I have been with Altum since Jun 17. Altum has always provided me with a safe and nurturing working environment. I had around 10 yrs exp before I started working with Altum Credo, but working with Altum Credo has enhanced my skills and abilities an HR Professional. The learning and growth at Altum Credo has increased my confidence and in turn my self respect many folds . I have in my 2.5 yrs stint at Altum Credo worked in the Baner office, but have never felt the environment to be unsafe for women, in any sense whether mentally or physically. My views and opinions have always been heard with an open mind and viable ones implemented. After being so closely associated with Altum Credo, the comments of one "ex-Legal officer working at Baner office" on this portal, about women safety and culture at Altum Credo, have deeply hurt and disturbed me. We are all free to express our opinions and pen down our comments....but ATLEAST lets stick with the truth and not write BOGUS stuff....Read More
