Altruist is a very deceptive company. It is falsely told that there is incentive, even though the job time is 8 hours, 10-11 hours are taken from employees , initially it is shown that it is very good but later the true form comes out. Some of the TL are best but AM is just..... My review is lesser then 0 bcuz of that AM only.....Dont have manner how to talk wid employees, even dont have manners how to talk wid girls..... Just complete their target then whatever your condition is..... If u are ill they say that come for a half day..... It means they just want their target to get complete they dont care about employs health...... 0 rating for this company...even that is not enough to tell about the company's dislike..
