No team support. I work for 6 years, there is no team collaboration and if you do by yourself they call you xylo. I have total 15+ years of experience and still they find me of no use. No use of potential. I have literally dropped my Azure certificate exams due to uncontrollable loads of assignment. No goal within the project.

1. No sense of company vision and forward direction. One month, we are asked to go full throttle on cloud modernization, and on the next the priority changes to clear past bug backlogs. Everybody just scrambles to achieve ever-changing prorities. 2. CEO is just content with sharing his old-time US military veteran experiences and age-old "Core Values".
