No Boundation of time... You can reach 1 hrs late... It's no problem Feels like doing Government job.... Work load pressure is negligible.

Dislikes

Company having manufacturing setup at Balasore.. Company currently producing different Aluminium profiles from Aluminium billets. Company used to export some of its product to a increasing demand from Kolkata port . The company needs to improve in many angles including creating better environment so that employees gets motivated.

Dislikes

Excessive influence of Trade union and most of the time , they used to create disturbance under the influence of local leaders.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
