I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The teammates you get are the only support system you will ever have. You will get to learn business tactics, but that comes with a huge price. I would recommend you to skip this place and get yourself placed with a larger organization. There are a lot of fake promises and manipulation.

Dislikes

They do not have a proper salary structure, organizational structure. They will use you until you are valuable to them. This is a terrible place to work. My advice is to all the people is just leave and find a better company for yourself.
