Likes

I worked closely with the founders and it was a very good experience as the decision making was quite fast. The feature development lifecycle was much faster. Believed in working on things instead of counting on things worked.

Dislikes

Behaviour of non tech people was not that good. Sometimes they ask you to do things which are not worth doing. They keep on interrupting you in between of the work you are doing.

Work Details

It was hectic plus exciting for me. I used to leave office with some challenges in my mind and next day I used to have a different approach to solve them. I felt like I amazed my CTO with my work many times.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
