Alma Connect offers a web-based platform that helps connect alumni and institutes and create their own online alumni network. The alumni community created can be used to create reunion events, post jobs, get mentorship from experts, accommodation and other queries with the option for alumni to join the network. As of Aug'17, claims to have around one million signed up users with 2000+ active alumni communities from over 28 countries, out which 300+ are sponsored by schools and colleges. Clients include IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee, IIM Calcutta, St. Stephen's College, and Nanyang Business School. Received incubation from CEID, DA-IICT along with a seed funding of $50,000 in Jan. 2011. Raised angel funding of $250,000 from CIIE – IIM Ahmedabad, IXORA Ventures, CountShop.com, Dharmendra Yashovardhan (Co-Founder, IXIGO) and a few other angel investors in March 2013. Raised pre-series A round of funding from Mohandas Pai and Varun Agarwal in February 2016.
