Likes

Cab facility (international process only) and free meals for once a day. Connecting with HR was easy ( those HR PPL r not available now). Many PPL leave the job on weekly basis so it is quite easy to get job. Trainers were awesome (ofcourse they r currently not available).

Seniors politics. When a mistake is done by senior even if TL it is taken easily n brushed off. But a few months tenure does any small mistake in process then u r blamed as if process is gonna crash. Does not leave to participate in fun activities or any celebrations. Worst of all work from home was not provided during Covid while it was spreading rapidly Pathetic management no where to complain anything....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
