Some of the Indian management has the feudal ideology. It's not about leading than it is about ruling. But since company does not support any of it. There is hope.

1) For me work life balance was great , because I was not in buttering group. You have to do buttering , if you want to achieve not on talent based. 2) only good things is increament was good. If you are a poor performer then also you will get 9% , for average performer it's beyond 12%.

Dislikes

1) Work life balance is poor if you are in buttering group. The kind of language they use is worst "aj k aj muze task complete hona raat bhar jago I don't care". This is they talk. 2) On technology front they are laging, way beyond other companies. They are using PL1 older then cobol. 3) Manager over here are like gundas and even you can't go to HR and complaint about them , they can't do anything. Allianz India Pune is worst....Read More
