TCI team- The politics running at the company are unspeakable. The manager, who would take a personal vendetta against employees by creating all sorts of lies and scenarios, is indescribable. Individuals spread gossip and talk worse than the colony aunties. It is all about being a pet at the company; if you are willing to back-talk about people, spread negativity, and get the people down, who the manager does not like, this place is for you. You can earn a promotion by going to smoke breaks, tea breaks, cabin breaks, and house parties because all you'll be doing is giving them the required dirt. The management is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Certain people in the company will do whatever, I repeat *WHATEVER* needed to please the management for a mere promotion. The management does not know the subject matter, irrespective of their post. All they care about is billable hours and quality. What is quality? Degrade the people who listen and appreciate/applaud those who speak out. If we move ahead from the management, the people and employees are no better; they would not even blink once before throwing you into a well. They will speak sweetly, listen to your weaknesses, and then go and report to the higher level. Humanity is not allowed in the building. The freshers are worse than the experienced. Eventually, they would be the only ones left. People assume working long hours will be fruitful, but it's a scam.
