The institute thinks that maharashtrian students are waste of time and energy...and they even celebrate kota results in Maharashtra but can't find own results as they criticize local resources...but fee's.... it's not compromised thing... result is comprised easily...

Earlier people used to say that job in Allen is secure like a government job. But now it is not the case. If management wants you gone, they will torture so much that you yourself will resign. No body will fire anyone directly.

I am working in PNCF division. Under the management of Maheshwari brothers, it was very good place to work with but now nothing is sure. No one wants to do his job seriously. Some faculties are busy flattering their seniors all the time. To ensure better promotions they even do personal task of seniors like shopping, arranging theirfamily weddings etc. The entire environment reeks of politics. You can’t trust your fellows because of some bad colleagues. Ahmedabad centre keeps on scheduling duties even on sundays for which no one gets cages nor comp offs. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
