Joined allen in Jan 2016, as they were paid well earlier but after 2 years there is no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, no work life balance (anyone call you at midnight even weekends ,as there is no weekend, 24x7 working, worst-ever office politics) .Also there is no such platform or management where an employee can rise his/her issues/problems. Very bad experience of 5.5 years

Nothing to learn, office politics, not good payout, salary is very less as per industry standards, no awards, no work recognition, frustrating office hours

Nothing to like except the HR department, they can help you in any manners you need while resigning 🤣

Company culture, no work life balance, no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, you have to work 24*7, no weekends, office politics, they can call you even midnight or Sundays, there is no proper platform to rise your concerns/ issues. I joined in January 2016 because I heard that it is big name in coaching industry and paid well. But I don't think so, very less salary as compare to industry. No greivance management. Upper management keeps changing and they remove / transfer employees recruited by other managers.

Even with so much changes going on ,Allen is really one of the better places you can work on. Obviously some aspects depends upon the Centre you are in but some old centres are really good for work life balance and quality work.

Dislikes

1.Should have a centralized Transfer policy. 2.Trust on Employees who are with them for years,shouldn't go down. 3.Commitment to Salary during hiring should be fulfilled, Deduction in the name of X,Y,Z reason shouldn't happen.

* Pride feeling associated with premier brand in IITJEE and NEET preparation. * A pool of very talented teachers with whom you can work and learn a lot from them. * On time salary.

* Office politics and back bitching. * Arrogant and baised behavior of management. * Sometimes non- academic person dictates the faculty member which make them feel undervalued. * No job security. They will wait for the year end then immediately they will fire.

it's a corporate culture but unjustified as we all are humans

The institute thinks that maharashtrian students are waste of time and energy...and they even celebrate kota results in Maharashtra but can't find own results as they criticize local resources...but fee's.... it's not compromised thing... result is comprised easily...
