it's a corporate culture but unjustified as we all are humans

The institute thinks that maharashtrian students are waste of time and energy...and they even celebrate kota results in Maharashtra but can't find own results as they criticize local resources...but fee's.... it's not compromised thing... result is comprised easily...

Initially when the Allen Digital was in the hands of seasoned professionals, it was well conceptualised and incepted but later it was handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.
