While I really enjoy working at ALLEN Career Institute and appreciate the supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development, one area that I think could be improved is the lack of communication among team members. I believe implementing regular team meetings or using a communication platform could help to improve collaboration and ensure everyone is on the same page.

The Company is Leading educational coaching Institute. This is working also for Education revolution in Indian Education System.

Dislikes

Company is good but growth is very slow. Company basically focus on their faculty not on operation and management staff. from my experience i have not get any appraisals from joining (4 years).
