Benifits are good but no yearly increment for night shift employees.Can work on that , otherwise it's a great place to work with.

Dislikes

Whatever change of rules they do they do it in their perspective not in employers benefits, in the name of cost cutting they are reducing incentives and putting more pressure on recruiters

Workforce is mainly youth hence you love working along with the young people around you.

Dislikes

Biggest dislike is the Senior Management who act as a My way or highway, its more of a dictator rule, blocking deserving people from their promotions and favouring the one’s closest is at its extreme. No growth opportunities and zero learning. Lowest salary campared to market standards.
