Company is full of politics.HR does not care about employees. No transparency in policy and even general information are not disclosed. After employee leaving the organisation ask for full and final settlement HR team even does not respond and deduct amount as per their will and says this their policy. Damn bull shit experience.

1. Teammates have nothing to talk about just religious talks all the time. 2. Allana management is so stingy so forget about any kind of Learning. Pure lala company 3. If you are a muslim then only your job is safe in allana else these people are so much unprofessional specially in case of Hindus, that one fine day they won't allow you even entering the premises and you come to know thru a security guard that you have been terminated & that too without any justification 4. Increment is not more than 2.5% & you will get that only if you are a muslim 5. Travelling & all expenses you have to manage from your salary only. There's nothing called reimbursement or allowances in allana 6. Allana is full of politics & most of the people loose job because they become the victim of this dirty environment without even getting involved in all that stuff 7. Don't expect any kind of learning in allana, instead you will forget all that what you knew before joining allana 8.
