I am currently working in Allama Iqbal College, The Educators College Lodhran as a regular employ and as visiting lecturer in The Dream System of Education Dera Bakha Bahawalpur. All these institutes are well reputed in the state of bahawalpur. I deliver lecture to Fs.c level and undergraduate level. All the faculty members are welleducated and friendly. we are all work together and make policies for the better performance of the students as well as the institution. It is great honor to me that i am a member of the team of these institution. I also teach in Punjab College bahawalpur from the session of 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2012 i teach Fs.c level in Allama Iqbal College bahawalpur. So over all i have more than six years of experience in teaching and i love my profession and enjoy to work.(Note These are the three institutions where i served in one day)...Read More

Dislikes

In all these institutions the number of students in the class is very high. Some times is round to 60 students in the class. So marking and evaluation of the tests is very difficult. These institutions does not provides the job security. There is no proper frame work for the training of the fresh teachers.Salary is low comparable to work load.

I feel comfortable to work here. Because all the faculty members are very friendly and helpful.teaching is very challenging profession. You have to work hard to maintain your status in the institution as well as in the education market.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
