Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I am currently working in Allama Iqbal College, The Educators College Lodhran as a regular employ and as visiting lecturer in The Dream System of Education Dera Bakha Bahawalpur. All these institutes are well reputed in the state of bahawalpur. I deliver lecture to Fs.c level and undergraduate level. All the faculty members are well educated and friendly. we are all work together and make policies for the better performance of the students as well as the institution. It is great honor to me that i am a member of the team of these institution. I also teach in Punjab College bahawalpur from the session of 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2012 i teach Fs.c level in Allama Iqbal College bahawalpur. So over all i have more than six years of experience in teaching and i love my profession and enjoy to work.(Note These are the three institutions where i served in one day)

... security. There is no proper frame work for the training of the fresh teachers.Salary is low comparable to work load.
