I have worked this company honestly for more than 5 years. Everyday its creating mental pressure while working in International Sales team. There is no growth. The Seniors in team will keep the good beneficial opportunity with them & will harass their juniors by keeping mental pressure. For growth, again there will be partiality. After resigning from the firm, they will start mental torcher & will hold the salary, so this can also ruin employee life in all way. No one in the organisation will take the action against the Senior if they are wrong. Such kind of pressure create mental harassment & health issue like chest pain & sleep disorder. Also for sales person role like - filing the multiple forms in various version, just like data entry operator & another task is to follow up with factory team & purchase team. Just sort out all the times factory's issue & no growth in customer sales learning. HR team have no rights and further guts to take the action, if any thing goes wrong. Choose the opportunity wisely. For Silvassa Plant -Zero job Security, No responsibility, joined as an manager and work given NPD, Plant Head is only interested in playing politics and forcing the employees to resign from the job.I think he is syko and not cabable to handle the plant. From last one year I have seen that every month 4 to 5 persons are forced to resi gned by Plant Head. Top management are supporting to Plant Head. HR department is for name sake.
