For Silvassa Plant -Zero job Security, No responsibility, joined as an manager and work given NPD, Plant Head is only interested in playing politics and forcing the employees to resign from the job.I think he is syko and not cabable to handle the plant. From last one year I have seen that every month 4 to 5 persons are forced to resigned by Plant Head. Top management are supporting to Plant Head. HR department is for name sake.
