I worked for 20 yrs ,15 years were very rewarding. But last 2 years my senior management made my life hell though i and my team qualified for Star Award Paris tour with 112% annual Achievement .but my senior management always demorlised me and tortured me. I came from main Alpha division to Alphamax as RM

My last 2 yrs experience was like hell due to my senior manager behaviour towards me. After they displaced me the entire Gorakhpur region Alphamax performance gone down pathetically.Management reduced the Target then this FY and this way they are happly ,uncloggingly, giving loss to the company. They have the intention to destroy and reduce targets every year in several regions/Areas . They have the blame game of undercutting market although their almost all markets are in same condition. But they will blame on their selected prey.They all are responsible for the blame but they don't take any . You can take the statics of target/achivement/next FY target/Attrition in Alphmax division for last 2 yrs to varify my statement. Data will tell you everything. I worked for 20 yrs and always given growth to company, qualified for many domestic/abroad star awards but last two years were hell and very deteriorating. Although 2019-20 My region qualified for Paris Star award with 112% Achivement. But I request you to analyse the current FY target as well as attrition rate.
