Alkem is the one of the Top 5 Indian pharmaceutical company that was completely a proud feeling. I love to work in the Cosmokem division under the leadership of division head Mrs. Swarnalata Kotian. Also got opportunity to work in Dermakem division. It was wonderful journey with the entire team of Cosmokem.

Company's culture is good when entire management and team is the same. If it disturb entire things get changed.

My work in Alkem is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire Maharashtra & Goa for Cosmokem division. Achieved two excellent award for fast growing target achievement and for succfully launched new product with the help of Team.
