Scientist who developed the products (blockbuster for Allem) were lay off in man power reduction. Instead of appreciation scientist was asked to leave the organisation in manpower reduction.

Terrible politics, they don't let you leave on time even if you have finished your work, they will harash you just for their entertainment. Won't approve coff or give you leave unless you belong to their community and some times bus won't stop to take you instead they will say auto pakad ke ajao even for night shift.
