Very terrible work and quality culture. No job security,too much of politics and lot of groups within company. HR policies not okay, 24×7 work pressure. Practices are horrible. Sr management does not support only pressing.

It has been a nice time working here. The management is active and takes the initiative to reward our efforts. Promotions are also performed based and leadership is solid
