Over all experience for this company was average, Stressfully job, initial level in carrier it is good. Salary is less, people s are good. Directors are also good.

Likes

Very good company for beginners as well as experienced person, Self initiative skill to be improved, very wide learning environment of CNC user, CAD/CAM user. Directors are skilled & knowledgeable with well educated. They created advance work culture.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
