Well, right from ruining people's careers to micro-management, there are several things that are definitely big red flags for any employee. 1. Micro-management: Your team manager will ask you to be online on Slack every minute. If you guys are so insecure why don't you work from office instead. 2. No Clear Communication: You will be asked to do something and then you would be told that something else was expected. This will keep happening. You will be scolded in team meetings as if you're their paid servant. 3. They don't know what they're doing.
