The company adopts latest technology if the technologies are not defined by client. Companies's infrastructure is good and leaves and work from home can get easily and the best part is employee will not get bench sitting.

Everything. Management is really worst they will not track your performance whole year and at appraisal time they will give a complete project to backend developer and conclude performance issues just to give them worst appraisal. They humilate employees. There is no values of employees working there even they are working for full night or week. And high politics among managers and developers. If you not flatter your manager, he is gonna screw you badly. Management have discriminated nature between new joinees and old employees. I would like to give zero rating to Algoscale. I joined Algoscale as a backend developer and with time I did full stack development. Initially work was ok but at appraisal time I got complete development and team leading chance just to prove my capabilities.
