You will find most of folks who works for more than 5 years but unable to understand there own products. Just Filling Movex Hours and make safer there Job. Those who are masters in domain will not share there knowledge easily always showcase how much busy they are. Upper manegemt not having clear road map for team, they ask same things to inviditual contributors. Those (Managers/ Leadrs) whos hours booking is 50% pressurise team mates to achieve hours booking tagets. BU managers may pressures optimising process without providing sufficient time. Managers are those who will not get jobs from outsides and stay within organisation for long time. You will find saturated folks works only for retirement without Job/ future ambitions. Upper management treat employees like slave. They use freshers for 6 month probation later remove them without thinking. No matter how hard you work you will be fired after 6 month. Employees Open your eyes and try to have safe and secured job. Management is very cruel.

Top management is good but is completely unaware about how toxic the middle management & working people, I would recommend Alfa Laval Culture team people should introspect into Satara Site specifically. It is good only if you are joining at very senior position, otherwise they will rot you mentally.

Among Alfa Laval, Satara site is the most depressing one, I have worked in many companies but here culture is intensely dreary. Company's toxic work environment particular among order handlers and their internal politics has significantly hampered me mentally, its torturious & significantly affects ones productivity and morale. Theycannot simply see you doing good. Simply cannot see juniors going ahead. If you are bright and innocent this factory will systematically turn you into a donkey rotting your brain. The global team and their professionalism. The office is nice.

Unfortunately group management is not much bothered about the culture in India. No collaboration among sales, manufacturing and engineering. Managing Director himself is involved in official gossiping about other people, is rude and discriminate people based on the region. The culture is insecure. Everybody here is running for saving the skin. No feedom to act.
