They hire people and then they terminate them saying they don’t have any positions to give you as a designation and they ask us for forceful resignation. Without any clarity.. also the designation clarity we don’t have..they keep changing your work as per their requirements without thinking people’s choice. So pathetic experience with Alfa Laval India Pune

Managers working outside my vertical were very cooperative and showed trust in me,which helped me go extra mile always.

It just beleives making employees life terrible under the terminology of learning opportunities, employees are not trusted by their own managers and if you prioritze your family over work in case of medical emergency you are judged and tagged as unprofessional.Managers make threat calls in your notice period and belittle you every single day of your notice period.First,they dont trust and give opportunity for growth to their employees and when employee tries to leave the organisation,they ensure they will make your life hell.And trust me,it's a top down approach, leadership in MD's team and their direct reporters do this.The organization is really good if few leadership people are changed either physically or approach wise.All in all the management/leadership are extremely in secured and will ensure good talent leaves the organization....Read More

Top management is good but is completely unaware about how toxic the middle management & working people, I would recommend Alfa Laval Culture team people should introspect into Satara Site specifically. It is good only if you are joining at very senior position, otherwise they will rot you mentally.

Among Alfa Laval, Satara site is the most depressing one, I have worked in many companies but here culture is intensely dreary. Company's toxic work environment particular among order handlers and their internal politics has significantly hampered me mentally, its torturious & significantly affects ones productivity and morale. Theycannot simply see you doing good. Simply cannot see juniors going ahead. If you are bright and innocent this factory will systematically turn you into a donkey rotting your brain. The global team and their professionalism. The office is nice.

Unfortunately group management is not much bothered about the culture in India. No collaboration among sales, manufacturing and engineering. Managing Director himself is involved in official gossiping about other people, is rude and discriminate people based on the region. The culture is insecure. Everybody here is running for saving the skin. No feedom to act.
