They are totally mad , full management is controlling by ankur hora, alcove management also done an agreement with all renowned company like NK , somani, Srijan , dtc,sugam , and some others also that if you once join alcove then you can't move to these companies directly in future. Bonus & leave policy has been revised every year & it is always in favour of employer. Working culture & job security is "0" I have never seen the volume of employees are left the company. Horrible company. Not recommend at all

Very very bad place to work. I was a front office staff there. No job satisfaction, no rules & regulations, job security is zero you may be terminated anytime without any valid reason. Salary is average not attractive. It is waste of time and career.

Nothing is good about the company after getting to know it closely. They will use their knowledge to offer minimal rewards.

1. The company practices a hire-and-fire culture. 2. Management is biased towards certain employees. 3. The current HR lacks its own knowledge and simply follows the previous HR's practices, presenting them as its own. 4. Secretaries are often tasked with personal errands rather than official duties. 5. The only department that is favored is the Accounts Department. 6. Strict timing policies apply to all staffs. If you are late by half minutes half day leave to be applied. 7.Maternity benefits are provided, but there is no job security for new mothers. 8.Engineers are forced to do desk jobs, and if they fail, they are terminated. 9. In the project site the lodging system for supervisors and ground staff is horrible, unlike the accommodations provided for managers and engineers. 10.They fail to provide a 10% raise to current employees but are willing to offer a 50% raise to their replacements....Read More

Worst ever company. Never join this company. Mental peace is at stake at this company. They do not care about your personal well being. Your health will be at an all time low if you join this company. The real example of slavery is Alcove. A Civil Engineer is treated as a labour here. You become bonded. Overtime hours incentives aren't credited. My career completely got an upside turn at Alcove.
