A lot of things which were good at Alcon, but they are useless now as they are controlled by limited people which would decide what will happen to your life.

Dislikes

Company culture no support was like a boss culture. Job security is not available during interviews they will tell as per performance they can provide you full time employment and many other promises. career growth not available please assume this your last choice if you are finding job. boss won't ever satisfied with your work as he can change your targets frequently. Incentives are double for FTE and half for non-FTE / only with premium products. This company is very tiny so it will not exist in the market.
