Management is terrible. The MD, Mr. LP thinks he is the king of the world, so do the HOD's. They don't treat the juniors with respect. There is alot of politics within the management. Promotion is not given before 4 years. Even after 4 years, when they promote you, they make you feel like you did not deserve it. But the management'sfavourites are promoted within 2 years. My manager, Mrs. NC did not care to give me a farewell even after serving for almost 5 years. She took leave on my last day. No value for employees.Disappointing!!...Read More
