Role & responsibilities
Management of HW Benefit Programs - Work directly with broker to define program: pre-renewal, renewal, and closing renewal each year; Monthly review of costs vs budget; Review and approval of benefit payments
Manage ADP, HRIS & Payroll system - payroll activities, and other support programs for NAM -
Manage 401k Retirement program - Leads Investment committee
Management of US Risk Insurance program - Manages leased car program, acquisition of lease vecicles for NAM and Manages NAM relocation program
- Coordinates with immigration attorney for visas, as applicable
- Power of Attorney for Twist Beauty
- Manages Expats, as applicable
Preferred candidate profile
Professional degree peferably in HR.
Atleast 5 years experience in similar role
