the company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology , i love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable , high quality of products and many brand as a distributor and has a global client base, as a result , i get to travel abroad , especially to Dubai Qatar Bahrain and inside K.S.A to Jada, Riadh, Yenboah, Jizan dependent to the project and client location .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometime , i have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call and meeting Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghs, wich is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time , i receive appreciation email from my client also there is no on-job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, wich is a pain sometime ....Read More

Generally speaking , my work is slight challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well i manage day-to-day yield operations.pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring
