I really liked how good the management of Al fasialiah was and the company's environment was very nice.

Dislikes

I didn't like long working hours and we didn't get paid for overtime

It was really interesting. The only problem was when i once got in an accident the company didn't paid much attention to it and i didn't get much facilities

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
