Overall good experience, I joined as a trainee and learnt a lot of things. There was friendly environment. All employees work in hand and make the company a success.. Still I remember my work with team mates, seniors ,specially the engg. Store etc.

Everything is in manager's hand, to portrait about employee performance and non-performance hiding too. Here there is a change of favoritism to give awards to single employee who is favorite and also try to promote that person by showing only better things about that favorite employee. This should be look carefully, it effects on people who are working in company from many years but changes of managers every time have affected on promotions, but new employee got it fast because of friends behind the scenes.
