Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).

Everything is in manager's hand, to portrait about employee performance and non-performance hiding too. Here there is a change of favoritism to give awards to single employee who is favorite and also try to promote that person by showing only better things about that favorite employee. This should be look carefully, it effects on people who are working in company from many years but changes of managers every time have affected on promotions, but new employee got it fast because of friends behind the scenes.
