When I start job culture is wonderful but in this time culture is totally damaged because of local management but on associate level working all people are helping each other

This time culture is spoiled by behaviour of local management management don't care collueges pressurised the people who do work some people buttering management management Full sporting them management behaviour in this time is like how to fill there tummy not care about anyone but there tummy is always empty

Everything is in manager's hand, to portrait about employee performance and non-performance hiding too. Here there is a change of favoritism to give awards to single employee who is favorite and also try to promote that person by showing only better things about that favorite employee. This should be look carefully, it effects on people who are working in company from many years but changes of managers every time have affected on promotions, but new employee got it fast because of friends behind the scenes.
