Great opportunity for freshers to start their career. Work culture is supportive to learn new things, explore and adapt. Independent decisions in tasks are approved and appreciated. It's great for a fresher to become a Product Manager in 3 years of time.

Dislikes

The culture is slightly changing since 2021. It doesn't affect the Product Manager and GPM levels. BU heads are affected by their boss and superboss. Get rid of PA reporting to CEO as she is the greatest trouble to all. She extracts all information and misueses the same. It's great to work in all divisions. A product manager learns new things throughout their career. Traning and development team is very poor as they are interested in gossiping all day and extracting information. The support team is highly pathetic as they are rotting in the company for more than 10 years & they don't know how to use Microsoft excel. They are idle all day and spend 5 hrs of 9 hrs in the canteen. Beware of Sanjay Zagade as he is just like the owner of fish market yelling all day and bothers your attention. Highly immature since 10 years who leads the support team. 2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off. Very far from Thane Railway Station so commuting is a challenge as you need to spend 100 Rs daily. 9 hrs shift is also the most demotivating factor....Read More
