The work life balance sucks. Although the office timings are 9:30-6:30 you have to work for more hours or late nights often and you also need to work on weekends mostly

This is so far the best company I ever worked with. There is work flexibility, mutual understanding between teams and also fair appreciation. I actually got rewarded with appraisal for my input.

Love the transparent work process. There is no micromanagement. In fact, the seniors and the CEO, all directly talks with us and even listen to our ideas which was quite surprising for me.
