My experience in Aker solution was very nice, greatful & amazing... only one thing I want to share with you that if you want to learn as a trainee or experience first you join Aker solution... such a company is this?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
