Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

No job security. Management people are very bad. Tortures trainees. They do not consider trainees as a part of company. They recruit trainees open heartedly, but once we enter they raise question on our competency and put trainees under pressure along the whole year. Even after this the job is not ensured.
