I felt there is a good work-life balance. You have the freedom to switch to a different project and your manager cannot stop unless it is very critical. In many cases you have the freedom to choose software tools for the kind of work you do. In a few projects of mine, I even had the freedom to choose technology. Depending on the team, you can raise any interpersonal concerns and it will be taken care of maintaining your anonymity. Compensation is also above average market. Very poor experience working with the company. Managers are like Hitler, only giving orders to complete some task by some date they decide on their own. No leadership or motivation provided, only telling about our job responsibilities. Most old people are not helpful to new joiners, playing tricks to show their knowledge only during standups and don't respond when you message them 1-1. They instead want new people to give KT to whole team. HR people are very bad, full of false promises, if whatever you agree is not in writing then you will get cheated in the end.
