1. The company has very good professional culture. It really cares for employees, and put effort to provide them great working environment. 2. The compensation is almost on par with industry standards of medium scale software company. While it's subjective. I feel it's really doing the justice on this front. 3. 1. The company is neither startup nor very aggresive on the growth, Hence you would feel things might be moving bit slowly. Adaption to new tools and technologies might feel slow in this rapidly changing tech ecosystem. 2. You would find yourself complaining if you compare compensation and benefits with that of some "very high" paying startup or big tech.

I felt there is a good work-life balance. You have the freedom to switch to a different project and your manager cannot stop unless it is very critical. In many cases you have the freedom to choose software tools for the kind of work you do. In a few projects of mine, I even had the freedom to choose technology. Depending on the team, you can raise any interpersonal concerns and it will be taken care of maintaining your anonymity. Compensation is also above average market.
