I felt there is a good work-life balance. You have the freedom to switch to a different project and your manager cannot stop unless it is very critical. In many cases you have the freedom to choose software tools for the kind of work you do. In a few projects of mine, I even had the freedom to choose technology. Akamai is a great company to work in as they care for their Employees like very few companies in IT. Work life balance in Akamai is incredible. They trust their employee fully.

The dislike is non existent. For me it was just one point, that is, training related to employee skill improvement need to be better
