I like the work environment of the company. People working around in the office are very cooperative and polite to everyone. My team leader is always ready to help anyone in the team. The best part is you can share your views and concerns with HR through a hierarchy.

They provide good knowledge of various platforms. The management team is always motivates the employees and also takes some fun sessions to make employees pressure-free. HR is ready to help from time to time.

As it was my first job I was excited to work with this company. The employees have been great to work with, and the compensation is very competitive. Work culture is very good and fun at work.

The work culture is nice and everyone likes to do their part of work. I learn a lot here on how to manage a team and how to tackle a different situations.

Dislikes

Leaves get aproved easily but some policies are not clear.

Nice team spirit, everyone is always ready to assist, when in need. The management team is very polite and support everyone for their new ideas and suggestions.

Dislikes

Cafeteria space is small.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
