This organization gives you good opportunities to grow. Seniors and management are very much supportive. I developed good communication skills and even maintained cordial relationship with clients. I loved working here and it gave me an experience that is full of learning and gaining knowledge.

The management team is great and motivates everyone at all stages. Everyone working around are kind, and supportive. Plus, the company follows an open-door policy for employees. Because of such a pleasant work environment, I feel like going to the office without missing a day.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
