The work environment is also very calm and silent, workers very cooperative and polite to everyone. The team leader is always ready to help if you reach out to them. You can share your views and problems with HR directly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
