That we had to learn from Scratch of all jobs since work was duplicated by many people who dint belong to that responsibility. So indirectly we learnt.

Dislikes

That employees were not given priority. It was all talks to motivate people so that they bring business end of the day they dint allow people to have a personal life. Owners interfered a lot who are not aware about the work so works got duplicated and delayed.

Here is different work just like VRF, Packege AC and split type AC. I learned more about different types of units. But if you want training, you've to do pressure for training.Then our division will arrange. If you asking about uniform, here isn't uniform
