I got the job when it was very much required.

Dislikes

There was nothing to be liked. Work Culture was very Toxic, one of the Director gets dru** and call you anytime may be in night as well. Abu** were common. If you are not able to achieve your required target, they gets you ashamed in front of other colleagues. I believe it was a really bad time that passed away.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
